Take the product to an authorized or nearby repair center. Get the issue diagnosed and repaired. Ensure you obtain a detailed repair bill/invoice with breakdown of costs.
Share the repair bill, photos of the product (before/after repair), original purchase invoice, and bank account details with our support team via email or our online claim portal.
Upon verification, the repair costs will be reimbursed directly to your bank account within 24 hours. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
